Three reasons to never let me go to the animal shelter alone!
November 15, 2024
This past year, we said goodbye to the last of our old “barn” cats, Blue Boy. Since then, the mice have had a field day. I set off to adopt one or two kittens and ended up with three!
Please welcome Barney, Marnie, and Carnie to TBH Farm! They will have a very important job helping keep the farm clean. For now, they are in one of our large outdoor structures, getting used to the sounds, smells, and activity of the farm until they are old enough to venture and explore on their own.
Each cat has its own unique personality. Barney (top cat) prefers a relaxed lifestyle, often lounging on a Sherpa blanket under a heat lamp. Marnie (lower left) is very shy—unless she hears a can opening—and is learning to overcome her fear of humans. Carnie (bottom right), aptly named, is not only the playful one but also seems destined to be a little carnivorous troublemaker.
